This paper introduces the Robotic Essential Surgical Technologist (REST), an innovative automated system designed to enhance the efficiency and safety of surgical procedures. By automating the roles traditionally filled by human surgical technologists, REST aims to mitigate the challenges of fatigue, stress, and potential errors in the operating room.
